Human Food

Another potential danger for pets during the holidays is human food. People often share their meals with their furry friends as a way of including them in their festivities. Unfortunately, human food isn't always safe for pets as some ingredients could cause them discomfort or even lead to serious medical issues if consumed. 

For instance, chocolate is toxic for dogs, so make sure any chocolates are kept out of reach this holiday season! Additionally, foods like onions and garlic can also be toxic if swallowed by animals so make sure these items are kept away from them as well.
